This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when and how Cyfirow (CYFIROW LLC) (“Cyfirow,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) issues refunds for purchases made on https://cyfirow.com (the “Website“). This Policy applies to our digital services, subscriptions, consulting, and deliverables. We do not sell physical goods; therefore, product “returns” and shipping do not apply.

2) What’s refundable (summary)
New purchases (first‑time orders): within 14 days of the purchase date, if work has not begun and you have not substantially used the service, you may request a full refund to the original payment method.
Work already started / deliverables provided: if we have already begun work, issued deliverables, or provisioned third‑party resources, refunds may be prorated or unavailable (see Section 3).
Renewals: prepaid renewal terms (monthly/annual) are non‑refundable once the new term has started. You can cancel to stop future renewals at any time (see Section 6).
Trials / promotional credits: amounts paid after a trial or using promo credits are refundable only as described in this Policy.
3) Detailed eligibility rules
Refund eligibility depends on service status:
No work started; no substantive use: full refund within 14 days.
Discovery/scoping completed; no build/execution: we may deduct the reasonable value of completed discovery/scoping time and any non‑recoverable third‑party fees, and refund the remainder if within 14 days.
Build/execution underway or deliverables provided (e.g., reports, configurations, code, documentation): typically non‑refundable. In limited cases, we may consider a prorated refund for unperformed portions, minus delivered work and third‑party costs.
One‑time consultations already delivered: non‑refundable.
Expedited/rush fees, taxes, third‑party license/domain/hosting/security tool costs: non‑refundable once procured.
Account terminated for breach of the Terms & Conditions: payments are non‑refundable.
We may request reasonable information to evaluate eligibility (order ID, email, scope of work, timeline, and evidence of issues encountered).
4) How to request a refund
Email contact@cyfirow.com from the address used for purchase with:
Your order ID and purchase date
The email/company name on the order
A short description of why you’re requesting a refund
We’ll acknowledge within 3 business days and aim to resolve within 10 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post funds.
5) Service issues
If you experience a service issue, contact us at contact@cyfirow.com so we can investigate and attempt to resolve it. Many issues can be fixed quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
6) Cancellations (subscriptions)
You may cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing term. To avoid renewal charges, cancel before the renewal date in your billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partially used billing periods unless required by law or explicitly stated in your Order.
7) Right of withdrawal (EEA/UK consumers only)
If you are a consumer (not a business) in the EEA/UK, you may have a 14‑day right of withdrawal for online purchases under local law. By requesting that we begin services during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge and agree that:
if the service is fully performed within the 14 days, you lose the right of withdrawal; and
if the service is partially performed, we may charge a proportionate amount for work performed and third‑party costs incurred, and refund the remainder.
This section does not apply to B2B transactions.
8) Fraud, abuse, and policy misuse
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraud, abuse of this Policy, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
9) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page with a new Effective date. Your continued use of the Website or Services after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
