We assess your requirements and send back a transparent quote with a fixed timeline — typically within one business day.
We craft the animation
Once approved and paid, we produce your animation with regular progress updates throughout — no black-box process.
Final files, your format
Receive your final files in the format of your choice, with up to 2 revision rounds included in every package.
04 — Billing & terms
How we invoice, get paid, and handle refunds.
Accepted payment methods
We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe. Bank transfer (SEPA or SWIFT) is available on request for invoices above €500.
Currency
All prices listed are in Euro (EUR). Card processors may apply currency-conversion fees for clients paying in other currencies.
Payment schedule
Packaged services are invoiced 100% upfront once the quote is approved. Work begins as soon as payment is received. Custom quotes may use a 50/50 split on kickoff and delivery.
